& Important Information

🪧 Water Treatment Announcement:

Every year Bansko, as well as nearby villages, treat the sewege and water pipes. During this time it is highly NOT recommended to drink water from the tap- NOT even after boiling it.
Times for Bansko Non-drinkable in 2025:
May 27h (8am) – May 29th (5pm)
June 2d (8am) – June 4th (5pm)
Stock up on tap water from before these dates, or drink mineral!

 🚠 Gondola April-November

  • 19th & 20th of April (Easter): open 8am to 4.30pm for continuous movement
  • 7 May to 27 June: once up at 8am and once down at 4.30pm (Mon to Fri only)
  • 28 June to 8 September: open 8am to 4.30pm for continuous movement
  • 9 September to 30 November: once up at 8am and once down at 4.30pm (Mon to Fri only)
